Product Description: We sell handcrafted brass and stainless steel jewellery including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Many items can be personalized with custom engraving.
Product Accuracy: We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
Personalization: Custom engraving is done by skilled craftsmen. We ensure quality but cannot provide previews. Double-check spelling and text before ordering.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items without notice.
Order Process: Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Razorpay's secure gateway.
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay.
Payment Security: All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment information on our servers.
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Personalization is included at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed for personalization or shipping.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timeline: Standard items ship within 1-2 business days. Personalized jewellery requires 2-3 additional days for engraving.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address.
Delivery Issues: If you don't receive your order within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately for assistance.
Warranty Period: All Plum Jewellery pieces come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Covered: Manufacturing defects, structural breaks, faulty clasps, and significant wear under normal use conditions.
What's NOT Covered: Natural tarnishing, patina development, scratches from normal wear, damage from chemicals, water damage, or misuse.
Warranty Claims: Contact us with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll assess and provide a replacement piece if covered.
Replacement Policy: For valid warranty claims, we provide a new replacement piece. We do not offer refunds under warranty coverage.
Return Window: 7 days from delivery date for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging.
Eligible Returns:
Personalized Items: Can only be returned if damaged, incorrect, or have manufacturing defects. No returns for spelling errors or change of mind.
Our Policy: For all valid returns, we provide a replacement piece of equal value. We do not process refunds - only exchanges for new items.
Return Process: Email us with order details and photos. We'll provide return instructions and a replacement once we receive the item.
Brass and stainless steel Jewellery Care: Our brass and stainless steel pieces require proper care to maintain their appearance. Follow our care guide for best results.
Natural Aging: Brass and stainless steel naturally develops patina and character over time. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Customer Responsibility: Proper care and maintenance are your responsibility. Damage from neglect or misuse is not covered under warranty.
Cleaning: Use only recommended cleaning methods. Harsh chemicals or improper cleaning can void your warranty.
Engraving Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct spelling and text. We engrave exactly as submitted.
Character Limits: Respect specified character limits for each product. Exceeding limits may result in text modification or order delay.
Font and Style: Engraving style and font are standardized. We cannot accommodate special font requests.
Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content for engraving.
Final Sale: Personalized items with correct engraving as ordered cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Account Security: You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information.
Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current information for orders and communications.
Intellectual Property: Respect our trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary designs.
